The Project Manager needs to have the background and skills necessary to effectively manage the following important project management components:
- Building relationships with clients and effective communication
- Assessing client’s expectations and meting them
- Effective project planning and tasks scheduling
- Resource management
- Risk analysis and risk management
- Project tracking and status reporting

We fully realize that project management is more than meeting deadlines and coordinating people but truly making the client's needs our own.
